Lest you think our life here has been all roses and sunshine, I will share with you a rather depressing fact.

It's starting to get chilly out, which means our basement flat is also getting chilly. And because I refuse to turn on the heat until I have a job we are basically cold all the time. Right now, I am all bundled up and have shut myself in kitchen so I can trap the heat from stove.

 I am also constantly wearing these.


Nothing sunshiney about that.
