And my VME (vegan made easy) tip for today comes from a wonderful little slice of heaven called Amy's kitchen.
The food that comes out of Amy's kitchen/ factory is terrific for 3 reasons
1. Many of her dishes are vegan friendly and delicious!
2. Her dishes are organic, MSG free, and GMO free
3. You can find her in the freezer aisle which means her meals are quick and simple!
Amy's is also great for non-vegans who may have other food allergies, such as soy, gluten, and tree nuts. Amy is looking out for us all!

My favorites include the vegan pizza, the enchiladas, and her minestrone soup! But there are so many more I need to try.
