Due to a recent hiccup, Dan's on a little vacay this afternoon.
In Seattle
Here's what happened: he leaves Monday for London, but yesterday he realized that his passport had expired. And being that Seattle is the closest Regional Passport Agency, he made an appointment for 10 am today. So at 4 am he woke up and drove 5 hours to get a same day renewal. He has to wait a few hours for the passport to process, so in the meantime he is site-seeing, eating at new vegan restaurants, and hanging out at this building by Rem Koolhaas

The Seattle Central Library is amaaaaazing. I loved spending time there whenever I'd visit friends at UW.
