What started out as a nice break from studio, turned into an all day blueberry extravaganza, at an organic farm right outside Eugene.

I didn't get any pictures of our full bucket, but we came home with 12 pounds of blueberries! I plan to make a lot of raw desserts, maybe some blueberry ice cream, maybe a pie, and whole lot of frozen blueberries for the winter. I will post some of my creations on my vegan blog
