Today is August 6. This day in 1945 the first atomic bomb was dropped. During our travels, Dan and I had the incredible experience of visiting Hiroshima and were deeply moved.
This is the A-bomb dome, the only surviving building from the blast.
Tonight Dan and I went to an Hiroshima commemoration...Eugene style.
