both Wash u and U Oregon offered study abroad opportunities in Helsinki, which contributed to my interest in both schools. However I have chosen to abandon Helsinki for now in order to apply for different program- KYOTO.
Reasons:
I have been to 13 European countries, 0 Asian
We live in a temple with monks and participate in meditation
We are privy to gardens that the general public cannot see
Lots of watercolor
It is only 6 weeks
I was accepted.
