facelift

For my entire architecture education, I have been using the same style notebook: black hardback, spiral bound, square.  About a year ago I discovered that another company made this same notebook for much cheaper (was paying $12 now paying $6).  The only downside to this money-saver, is it flaunts its hideous logo!

 So again, I put my bookbinding skills to use. I grabed a topographic map of Hawaii, an exacto knife, some pva and a bone folder. 5 minutes later I have a much improved notebook

P.S. today was the first day of my terminal studio (basically like my two-term thesis)...I am almost finished!
